Q1. I want to have something personalised made. Is this possible? A. Certainly. Most of our work is custom designed - we love to be challenged! Q2. What kind of sculptures can we order? A.
We offer a wide range of sculptures, including ice bars, vodka luges,
table centrepieces and live carvings. In short, just about anything can
be made from ice. Q3. How big are the ice sculptures? A.
This can vary greatly, although the standard size for an average
sculpture would be approx 1m x 1/2m. Ice Bars are normally purchased by
the meter, and table centrepieces range from 10" in height plus. An
average sized ice sculpture will weigh around 80-90 kg. Q4. How long do the ice sculptures last for? A.
This varies according to size, although a standard sized sculpture
would have a life of around 7-8 hours. Smaller items, such as table
pieces, would last for approx 3-4 hours. Q5. What is the quickest way to double your money? A. Fold it in half! Hee Hee! Q5. How do we take care of the melt water? A.
All ice sculptures are supplied with a drip tray and container to
manage the excess water as the ice melts. Ice Bars stand upon specially
built trays, designed to hold all of the melt water. This means that
there is no need for constant maintenance throughout your event. Q6. How much do ice sculptures cost? A. Please click here for our price guide! Q7. What is the delivery and set up process for the ice sculptures? A.
We suggest that we deliver your ice sculpture roughly 1 hour before
your event starts, and that it is set upon a sturdy table. You then
just have to enjoy it! Q8. Should I supply the table for the ice sculpture to be set upon? A. Yes. Tundra Ice do not supply tables for the ice sculptures to stand upon. Q9. Can the ice sculptures be lit up? A.
The ice sculptures can be lit up, and look great if they are. We supply
basic LED lighting with most of our sculptures, although professional
lighting systems can also be used. If you supply the lighting yourself,
please use only LED lights as these do not give off any heat! Q9. How is payment made? A. Payment can be made via cheque, bank transfer or Credit/Debit card. All payments are due 2 weeks in advance of set up. Q10. Why should I order an ice sculpture from Tundra Ice?
